Earth Day Activities
In collaboration with the Melrose Recycling Committee, Crosscut Sewing will be holding sewing workshops for adults at its shop at 200 Green Street on Saturday, April 13. The workshops will guide participants through one or two projects involving the creation of items, such as market totes, snack bags, and utensil wraps, that can serve as alternatives to plastic products.

Three workshops will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., and 3 to 5 p.m. and will be limited to eight participants each.
Crosscut Sewing will charge $10 fee for the workshops. Participants will receive a discount on supplies purchased at the shop for the class, or they can bring their own. Register below:


Adults

Celebrate Earth Day with Crosscut Sewing and the Melrose Recycling Committee! In the first of three workshops, we will make a reusable grocery tote.
